With out initial online consultation, we determine your current dosha imbalance and design a meal plan to assist in the correction and restoration of your energetic alignment. The best part of this meal plan is; you feel the difference in your body! No two beings are identical, each body needs its own blend of life & natures medicine (food) to maintain Prukriti! With so much pulling us off our energical alignment, see what having a full battery can feel like. What you get: * Initial consultation to determine your imbalance (Vikriti) * 3-5-7 Day food plan designed specifically for you, your current Vikriti (imbalance) & the current season. * 2 x Follow up calls - one during your 7-day meal plan & the other a few days after, to see how you're progressing. OUR $500 package: * 2x Ayurvedic treatments - determined by your imbalance to bring correction to your being. * 7 Day Food Plan + detox cleanse * 2 Follow up appointments/Calls Our $1000 packages are all encompassing and include daily regiment and kriya yoga. Food is natures medicine, we use food to not only heal our bodies, but get the most energy out of them. What many people don't know, is each season, circumstance, individual, dosha & imbalance, has its own food needs. Ever wondered why you can eat something and feel great but your brother, mum, dad develops indigestion or something else?? As you progress down your healing journey, we take you through process and accompany our food medicine with our ayurvedic treatments. This restores balance to your system and rids the body of ama, which has accumulated causing disease.

Cancellation Policy
